Tri-State Financial Press, a leading provider of corporate and shareholder communications services to private and public companies worldwide, needed a partner that could respond quickly and accurately to the needs of the Appellate/Legal Printing market. Tri-State’s former partner relationships had failed due to inaccuracies during production, poor response times, and inflexible proprietary composition system requirements.
Solution
On short notice with the first project, our data processing, composition, and proofing teams quickly implemented a process to establish ourselves as the partner of choice for Tri-State’s appellate/legal composition needs. We implemented a routine of digital OCR, template-based desktop publishing, and top-notch quality-control to smooth out an otherwise problematic print production cycle. Communication of materials between all parties involved was also managed electronically to further shorten turn-around time.
Result
