NEW! AGIS Launches Centralized Help Desk

On January 28, 2010, AGIS implemented a centralized Help Desk for managing web hosting, e-mail and technical support requests.

In an effort to serve our clients' support needs better, we have implemented a centralized Help Desk for managing web hosting, e-mail and technical support requests. If, as a client of AGIS, you require support before, during or after business hours, you will need to specifically dial our Help Desk at 717-285-7105, extension 247. If you leave a voicemail message, be sure to leave your full name, your email address, your phone number and a message detailing your issue. Please provide clear information so we can properly initiate a support ticket for your request. Your issue will be addressed relative to its order and priority.

It is important to note that technical support requests can also be submitted directly to helpdesk @ag-is.com as well as online at www.ag-is.com/support.

This revised workflow will allow us to centrally gather and distribute technical support requests to the appropriate individuals within our organization. We look forward to serving your needs better and welcome any feedback as we move forward with this new process.
